Call centers play an important and vital role throughout our various channels that allows us to have better understanding of our customers’ needs. That is why our Customer Support Phone Center’s fundamental responsibility is promoting many of the links between ARC and its valued clients.
Our call center provides twelve hours of full work service starting from 8:00 am 8:00 pm with the exception of Thursday and Friday. Our call centre also provides technical support for local market trading subscribers, including internet trading, SMS, 3G and Automated Phone Trading. In addition, our call center can offer to enroll new subscribers as well as offering renewals for existing subscribers.
Our call center also plays an important role in supporting the sales force of mutual funds, and that is in terms of redemption, increasing subscription to additional units and fund transfers.
